Joan Bowley
Joan's credentials are a Professional Hypnotherapist and Trainer of Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer of (Neuro Linguistic Programming) NLP and Time Empowerment Techniques™. She is a certified Spiritual Director and took her training through the Universities of Vancouver and Toronto. She also is a Huna (Ancient Hawaiian Wisdom) initiate. She has many other skills in various fields with the consistent focus on helping others.
She helps clients to overcome negative emotions and establish resources for success. Additionally, Joan teaches linguistic skills for effective communication and negotiation.
As the owner of Attain Greatness, Joan started her current path earning her degree in spiritual and religious studies. With over 32 years of working with people for their personal growth and development, her experience includes teen counseling, relationship management, issues of spirituality, and grief counseling. Joan was a director of education, worked with groups and individuals to help people create lives they love through many techniques.
Joan schedules appointments with clients by telephone 416-628-9827 or email. She has a practice in the Niagara Peninsula and Toronto areas providing private sessions. Joan makes house calls and has had great success with telephone consultations for clients outside the area.
What the Attain Greatness Logo Signifies
Joan's favourite subjects of mountains, water and light inspired the Attain Greatness logo. The logo depicts the majesty, of the light in everything, the source; the mountain depicts ascension to that greatness, the light that creates awe and inspiration. The water brings the calmness and refreshment from the earth. In some traditions water is a symbol for the unconscious mind where our knowledge and experience is stored. The type of work Joan does with her clients includes working extensively with the unconscious mind to access unresolved emotions or limiting decisions. The logo seemed very appropriate for this work.
